For product: One Manager
(hereinafter "we" or "us") is the owner of the mobile app One Manager. In order to enhance user experience of our product and service, we develop the User Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement").
Agreement aims to collect and analyze some usage data of our product and service, and then improve the user experience. Agreement is free for user, and participation in Agreement will not interrupt or interfere with your mobile activities, such as by imposing pop-up dialog boxes, or requiring mail or telephone surveys, etc.
Your participation in Agreement is completely voluntary. You can choose to take part in or not before you launch One Manager, and you are free to quit the Agreement at any time without any reason. Taking part or not will not affect your access to One Manager. We recognize that user’s privacy is important, so we have created this Statement to explain the Agreement.
Our offer to allow you to use and access our Service (as we may choose to provide from time to time) is conditioned upon your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. In order to access certain Services, you may be given “just-in-time” notices or otherwise notified that you are required to agree to additional terms and conditions applicable to such Services in which you choose to participate. If you do not agree, you should not access or use such Services. Such additional terms and conditions including the Rules of Conduct are hereby incorporated in this Agreement by reference. Your use of Services constitute your agreement to all such terms and conditions.
Information collected by Third-Party Analytical Tools: Our app integrates SDKs from several analytical service providers for app optimization purpose. These third-party SDKs may also collect your information such as GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertising on iOS devices), region (defined as the location where a given language is used), location information and IP address. This Policy does not govern our third-party analytical tools. You can find their privacy policy on their websites. The partners we select to work with include but are not limited to Apple Annie (Apple Annie Inc.) and Firebase (analytical platform of Google LLC), etc. The information they provide to us is aggregated analytical data.
Some features of One Manager will cause some programs, functions or files be stopped, removed or uninstalled.
Before using One Manager, you should carefully read the instructions and tips and judge whether the product meets your purposes and needs, and your safety requirements. Once you install the product and / or make any operation, you commit yourself to bear the relevant responsibilities.
We provide privacy policy that as an important part of this agreement, you should read this policy and agree to its contents before installing and running the product.
We accept advertisements from third party ad networks, as further detailed in our Privacy Policy. Please note that we makes no warranties or representations concerning such advertisements, whether or not it has control over such advertisements. Us, ad networks, advertisers and/or third-parties related thereto may be entitled to certain shares of the earnings from such advertisements. You agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation with respect to such monetary amounts.
We may, at our discretion, change, update or upgrade features or the App, for example by adding or removing features or by providing you with an update to the software. If such changes have an impact on these Terms, you will receive a notice about the updating of these Terms. You understand and agree that if you use the App after the date on which the Terms change, we will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms.
We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We take precautions – including administrative, physical and electronic measures to protect data from unauthorized access. Please be aware that no security measure that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of data which is impenetrable.
